​We'd like to ensure that you are happy with your Charmlephant pieces, therefore in the case that you are not satisfied, simply return the item to us, telling us why you were dissatisfied with it (so we can improve our pieces for you!) and recieve a new item or full refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​It is our wish to share our products with as many people as we can! We currently ship within Canada and the United States. If you are located outside of these locations, get in contact with us (visit contact page) and we will be happy to try and find a shipping method that works for you.
